Description

Ingredients

  • 8 ounces elbow macaroni
  • 2 cups shredded sharp cheddar cheese
  • 1 cup milk

Instructions

  1. Bring a large pot of salted water to a boil. Add the elbow macaroni and cook according to package instructions until al dente. Drain and set aside.
  2. In a saucepan over medium heat, combine the milk and half of the shredded cheddar cheese. Stir continuously until the cheese melts and the mixture is smooth.
  3. Add the cooked macaroni to the cheese sauce, mixing well to fully coat the pasta.
  4. Stir in the remaining cheese, allowing it to melt into the macaroni mixture.
  5. Once everything is combined, season with salt and pepper to taste. Serve hot.
