- 2 cups almond flour
- 1/4 cup psyllium husk powder
- 1 teaspoon baking powder
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 4 large eggs
- 1/4 cup warm water
- 1 tablespoon apple cider vinegar
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C). Line a loaf pan with parchment paper.
- In a mixing bowl, combine the almond flour, psyllium husk powder, baking powder, and salt. Mix well.
- In another bowl, whisk together the eggs, warm water, and apple cider vinegar until well blended.
- Pour the wet mixture into the dry ingredients and stir until a dough forms.
- Let the dough rest for 5 minutes to allow the psyllium husk to absorb moisture.
- Transfer the dough to the prepared loaf pan and shape it into a loaf.
- Bake in the preheated oven for 25-30 minutes or until the top is golden brown and a toothpick inserted in the center comes out clean.
- Remove from the oven and let it cool in the pan for 10 minutes, then transfer to a wire rack to cool completely.
- Slice the bread once it has cooled, and enjoy!
