  • 1 teaspoon baking powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 4 large eggs
  • 1/4 cup warm water
  • 1 tablespoon apple cider vinegar

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C). Line a loaf pan with parchment paper.
  2. In a mixing bowl, combine the almond flour, psyllium husk powder, baking powder, and salt. Mix well.
  3. In another bowl, whisk together the eggs, warm water, and apple cider vinegar until well blended.
  4. Pour the wet mixture into the dry ingredients and stir until a dough forms.
  5. Let the dough rest for 5 minutes to allow the psyllium husk to absorb moisture.
  6. Transfer the dough to the prepared loaf pan and shape it into a loaf.
  7. Bake in the preheated oven for 25-30 minutes or until the top is golden brown and a toothpick inserted in the center comes out clean.
  8. Remove from the oven and let it cool in the pan for 10 minutes, then transfer to a wire rack to cool completely.
