Easy Keto Potstickers with Asian Dipping Sauce


Ingredients

  • 1 cup almond flour
  • 1 large egg
  • 2 cups shredded cabbage
  • 1 cup ground pork
  • 2 tablespoons soy sauce (or tamari for gluten-free)

Instructions

  1. In a mixing bowl, combine almond flour and egg to form a dough.
  2. Divide the dough into small balls and flatten each ball into a round shape using a rolling pin.
  3. In another bowl, mix ground pork, shredded cabbage, and soy sauce until well combined.
  4. Place a small spoonful of the meat mixture onto the center of each dough round.
  5. Fold the dough over to create a half-moon shape and pinch the edges to seal.
  6. Heat a non-stick skillet over medium heat and add a little oil.
  7. Once the oil is hot, place the potstickers in the skillet and cook until the bottoms are golden brown (about 3-5 minutes).
  8. Add a splash of water (about 1/4 cup) to the skillet and cover immediately to steam the potstickers for 5 minutes.
  9. Remove the lid and let the potstickers cook for an additional minute to crispen the bottoms.
  10. Serve hot with Asian dipping sauce.
