Ingredients

  • 4 fish fillets (such as tilapia, cod, or salmon)
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon dried oregano
  • 1 teaspoon lemon juice
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Fresh parsley for garnish (optional)

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C).
  2. In a small bowl, mix together the olive oil, garlic powder, dried oregano, lemon juice, salt, and pepper.
