A simple and healthy low-carb baked fish recipe that can be easily prepared in under 30 minutes.

- 4 fish fillets (such as tilapia, cod, or salmon)
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon dried oregano
- 1 teaspoon lemon juice
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Fresh parsley for garnish (optional)
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C).
- In a small bowl, mix together the olive oil, garlic powder, dried oregano, lemon juice, salt, and pepper.
- Place the fish fillets in a baking dish and brush the olive oil mixture generously over each fillet.
- Bake in the preheated oven for 15-20 minutes, or until the fish is cooked through and flakes easily with a fork.
- Once done, remove from the oven and let rest for a couple of minutes.
- Garnish with fresh parsley if desired and serve immediately.
