- 2 cups cooked chicken, shredded
- 1 cup broccoli florets
- 1 cup cheddar cheese, shredded
- 1 cup heavy cream
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
- In a large skillet, heat olive oil over medium heat. Add broccoli florets and sauté for 3-4 minutes until slightly tender.
- In a mixing bowl, combine the shredded chicken, sautéed broccoli, garlic powder, salt, and pepper. Mix well.
- Stir in the heavy cream and half of the cheddar cheese, reserving the other half for topping.
- Transfer the mixture into a greased baking dish and spread it evenly.
- Top with the remaining cheddar cheese.
- Bake in the preheated oven for 25-30 minutes, or until the cheese is bubbly and golden.
- Remove from the oven and let it cool for a few minutes before serving.

- Feel free to add other low-carb vegetables of your choice.
- This dish can be prepared ahead and baked when ready to serve.
