Description

A comforting and tasty low carb chicken casserole that’s easy to prepare, perfect for family meals.


Ingredients

  • 2 cups cooked chicken, shredded
  • 1 cup broccoli florets
  • 1 cup cheddar cheese, shredded
  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. In a large skillet, heat olive oil over medium heat. Add broccoli florets and sauté for 3-4 minutes until slightly tender.
  3. In a mixing bowl, combine the shredded chicken, sautéed broccoli, garlic powder, salt, and pepper. Mix well.
  4. Stir in the heavy cream and half of the cheddar cheese, reserving the other half for topping.
  5. Transfer the mixture into a greased baking dish and spread it evenly.
  6. Top with the remaining cheddar cheese.
  7. Bake in the preheated oven for 25-30 minutes, or until the cheese is bubbly and golden.
  8. Remove from the oven and let it cool for a few minutes before serving.
