Ingredients

  • 1/2 cup creamy peanut butter
  • 1/4 cup honey

Instructions

  1. Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  2. In a mixing bowl, combine the Greek yogurt, creamy peanut butter, and honey. Stir until smooth and well combined.
  3. Pour the mixture onto the prepared baking sheet. Spread it evenly with a spatula to about 1/4 inch thickness.
  4. Optionally, sprinkle toppings such as chopped nuts, chocolate chips, or fresh fruit on top.
  5. Place the baking sheet in the freezer for about 3-4 hours or until fully set.
  6. Once frozen, remove from the freezer and break or cut into pieces.
  7. Store the bark in an airtight container in the freezer until ready to serve.
