- 2 cups Greek yogurt
- 1/2 cup creamy peanut butter
- 1/4 cup honey
Instructions
- Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
- In a mixing bowl, combine the Greek yogurt, creamy peanut butter, and honey. Stir until smooth and well combined.
- Pour the mixture onto the prepared baking sheet. Spread it evenly with a spatula to about 1/4 inch thickness.
- Optionally, sprinkle toppings such as chopped nuts, chocolate chips, or fresh fruit on top.
- Place the baking sheet in the freezer for about 3-4 hours or until fully set.
- Once frozen, remove from the freezer and break or cut into pieces.
- Store the bark in an airtight container in the freezer until ready to serve.
