  • 1 cup (113 g) shredded Cheddar cheese

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and lightly grease a 9-inch pie dish.
  2. Heat a large skillet over medium-high heat. Add the ground beef and break it apart with a wooden spoon as it cooks.
  3. When the meat is nearly browned (about 5-7 minutes), add the taco seasoning and minced garlic. Continue cooking for 2-3 minutes until beef is completely browned and seasoning is well incorporated. Drain excess fat if necessary.
  4. In a medium bowl, whisk together the eggs, heavy cream, salt, and pepper until well combined.
