- 1 lb ground beef
- 4 cups chopped romaine lettuce
- 1 cup diced tomatoes
- 1/2 cup dill pickles, chopped
- 1/2 cup shredded cheddar cheese
- 1/4 cup sliced green onions
- 1/2 cup Big Mac dressing (store-bought or homemade)
Instructions
- In a large skillet, cook the ground beef over medium heat until fully browned. Drain excess fat, if necessary.
- In a large bowl, combine the chopped romaine lettuce, diced tomatoes, and chopped pickles.
- Add the cooked ground beef to the bowl and mix gently.
- Sprinkle shredded cheddar cheese and sliced green onions on top.
- Drizzle the Big Mac dressing over the salad and toss gently to combine.
- Serve immediately or refrigerate for up to an hour before serving for flavors to meld.
Notes
- For a homemade dressing, mix mayonnaise, ketchup, relish, and seasoning to taste.
