- 4 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
- 1 cup crumbled feta cheese
- 1/2 cup sun-dried tomatoes, chopped
- 3 tablespoons olive oil
- 1 teaspoon dried oregano
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Fresh basil leaves for garnish
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).
- In a large baking dish, drizzle the olive oil evenly over the bottom.
- Place the chicken breasts in the baking dish. Season both sides with salt, pepper, garlic powder, and dried oregano.
- Evenly distribute the chopped sun-dried tomatoes over the chicken breasts.
- Sprinkle the crumbled feta cheese on top of the chicken and sun-dried tomatoes.
- Bake in the preheated oven for 25 to 30 minutes, or until the chicken is cooked through and reaches an internal temperature of 165°F (75°C).
- Remove from the oven and let it rest for 5 minutes. Garnish with fresh basil leaves before serving.
