Description

A creamy and cheesy dip perfect for parties, made with refried beans and topped with melted cheddar cheese.


Ingredients

  • 2 cans (15 oz each) refried beans
  • 1 cup sour cream
  • 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1 cup salsa
  • 1 teaspoon taco seasoning
  • 1 can (4 oz) diced green chilies
  • Tortilla chips for serving

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. In a large bowl, combine the refried beans, sour cream, salsa, taco seasoning, and diced green chilies. Mix until well blended.
  3. Spread the bean mixture evenly into a 9×13 inch baking dish.
  4. Sprinkle the shredded cheddar cheese over the top of the bean mixture.
  5. Bake in the preheated oven for 20-25 minutes, or until the cheese is melted and bubbly.
  6. Remove from the oven and let it cool for a few minutes before serving.
  7. Serve warm with tortilla chips for dipping.
