A creamy and cheesy dip perfect for parties, made with refried beans and topped with melted cheddar cheese.

- 2 cans (15 oz each) refried beans
- 1 cup sour cream
- 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
- 1 cup salsa
- 1 teaspoon taco seasoning
- 1 can (4 oz) diced green chilies
- Tortilla chips for serving
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
- In a large bowl, combine the refried beans, sour cream, salsa, taco seasoning, and diced green chilies. Mix until well blended.
- Spread the bean mixture evenly into a 9×13 inch baking dish.
- Sprinkle the shredded cheddar cheese over the top of the bean mixture.
- Bake in the preheated oven for 20-25 minutes, or until the cheese is melted and bubbly.
- Remove from the oven and let it cool for a few minutes before serving.
- Serve warm with tortilla chips for dipping.
Notes
- This dip can be prepared in advance and baked just before serving.
- Feel free to customize with your favorite toppings like olives or jalapeños.
