Instructions
- In a mixing bowl, pour the heavy whipping cream.
- Add the vanilla extract to the cream.
- If desired, add your preferred sweetener to taste.
- Using a hand mixer or whisk, beat the mixture until soft peaks form, about 3-4 minutes.
- Once you achieve the desired consistency, transfer the mixture to an airtight container.
- Freeze the container for at least 4 hours or until the ice cream is firm.
