A quick and healthy meal that combines ground meat and coleslaw mix, served hot for a delicious inside out egg roll experience.
Ingredients

- 1 pound ground pork or turkey
- 4 cups coleslaw mix (cabbage and carrots)
- 3 green onions, chopped
- Soy sauce to taste
Instructions
- In a large skillet over medium heat, cook the ground pork or turkey until browned and fully cooked. Drain excess fat if necessary.
- Add the coleslaw mix to the skillet with the meat and stir well. Cook for about 5 minutes, or until the cabbage is wilted and tender.
- Stir in the chopped green onions and cook for another 2 minutes.
- Add soy sauce to the mixture, adjusting the amount to your taste. Mix well.
- Serve hot, and enjoy your Inside Out Egg Roll in a Bowl.
Notes
- Feel free to add other vegetables such as bell peppers or bean sprouts for extra flavor.
- This dish can be made ahead for meal prep and reheated when needed.
