Description

Ingredients

  • 1 pound ground pork or turkey
  • 4 cups coleslaw mix (cabbage and carrots)
  • 3 green onions, chopped
  • Soy sauce to taste

Instructions

  1. In a large skillet over medium heat, cook the ground pork or turkey until browned and fully cooked. Drain excess fat if necessary.
  2. Add the coleslaw mix to the skillet with the meat and stir well. Cook for about 5 minutes, or until the cabbage is wilted and tender.
  3. Stir in the chopped green onions and cook for another 2 minutes.
  4. Add soy sauce to the mixture, adjusting the amount to your taste. Mix well.
