- 1 cup almond flour
- 1 ½ cups shredded mozzarella cheese
- 2 tablespoons cream cheese
- 2 large eggs
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 teaspoon baking powder
- ½ teaspoon salt
- ¼ cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 1 tablespoon fresh parsley, chopped (optional)
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
- In a microwave-safe bowl, combine the mozzarella cheese and cream cheese. Microwave for about 30 seconds to 1 minute until melted and gooey, then stir to combine.
- In a separate bowl, mix the almond flour, baking powder, minced garlic, and salt.
- Add the melted cheese mixture to the almond flour mixture and mix well until a dough forms.
- Beat the eggs in a small bowl and then add them to the dough. Mix until fully combined.
- Once the dough is formed, spread it evenly on the prepared baking sheet into a rectangular shape.
- Sprinkle the grated Parmesan cheese evenly on top of the dough.
- Bake in the preheated oven for about 15-20 minutes or until the edges are golden brown.
- Remove from the oven and let cool for a few minutes. Cut into slices and serve warm, garnished with fresh parsley if desired.
Notes
- For a stronger garlic flavor, add more minced garlic.
- Ensure that the cheeses are fully melted for the best texture.
