Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C) and line a muffin tin with paper liners.
- In a mixing bowl, beat the softened cream cheese until smooth.
- Add the eggs to the cream cheese and mix until well combined.
- In a separate bowl, combine the almond flour, cocoa powder, and sugar substitute.
- Gradually add the dry ingredients to the wet mixture, stirring until fully incorporated and the batter is smooth.
- Divide the batter evenly among the muffin cups, filling each about 2/3 full.
- Bake in the preheated oven for 20-25 minutes, or until a toothpick inserted into the center comes out clean.
- Let the muffins cool in the pan for 10 minutes before transferring them to a wire rack to cool completely.
