- 2 cups almond flour
- 1/2 cup psyllium husk powder
- 1/4 cup coconut flour
- 1 tablespoon baking powder
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 4 large eggs
- 1/2 cup water
- 1 tablespoon apple cider vinegar
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C) and line a loaf pan with parchment paper.
- In a large mixing bowl, combine the almond flour, psyllium husk powder, coconut flour, baking powder, and salt. Whisk until evenly mixed.
- In a separate bowl, beat the eggs, then add the water and apple cider vinegar. Mix well to combine.
- Pour the wet ingredients into the dry ingredients and mix until a thick dough forms.
- Transfer the dough to the prepared loaf pan and smooth out the top with a spatula.
- Bake in the preheated oven for 50-60 minutes or until the top is golden brown and a toothpick inserted in the center comes out clean.
- Remove from the oven and allow to cool in the pan for 10 minutes before transferring to a wire rack to cool completely.
- Slice and serve as desired, or store in an airtight container in the refrigerator.
