Ingredients

  • 2 cups almond flour
  • 1/2 cup psyllium husk powder
  • 1/4 cup coconut flour
  • 1 tablespoon baking powder
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 4 large eggs
  • 1/2 cup water
  • 1 tablespoon apple cider vinegar

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C) and line a loaf pan with parchment paper.
  2. In a large mixing bowl, combine the almond flour, psyllium husk powder, coconut flour, baking powder, and salt. Whisk until evenly mixed.
  3. In a separate bowl, beat the eggs, then add the water and apple cider vinegar. Mix well to combine.
  4. Pour the wet ingredients into the dry ingredients and mix until a thick dough forms.
  5. Transfer the dough to the prepared loaf pan and smooth out the top with a spatula.
  6. Bake in the preheated oven for 50-60 minutes or until the top is golden brown and a toothpick inserted in the center comes out clean.
  7. Remove from the oven and allow to cool in the pan for 10 minutes before transferring to a wire rack to cool completely.
