  • 1 pound chicken breast, cut into bite-sized pieces
  • 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 4 cloves garlic, minced
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 1 teaspoon dried oregano
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
  • Fresh parsley, chopped (for garnish)

Instructions

  1. In a large bowl, combine the olive oil, minced garlic, dried oregano, salt, and black pepper.
  2. Add the chicken breast pieces to the marinade and mix well to ensure the chicken is evenly coated. Cover and refrigerate for at least 30 minutes.
