- 1 pound chicken breast, cut into bite-sized pieces
- 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 4 cloves garlic, minced
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 1 teaspoon dried oregano
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
- Fresh parsley, chopped (for garnish)
Instructions
- In a large bowl, combine the olive oil, minced garlic, dried oregano, salt, and black pepper.
- Add the chicken breast pieces to the marinade and mix well to ensure the chicken is evenly coated. Cover and refrigerate for at least 30 minutes.
- Preheat your grill or oven to medium-high heat.
- While the grill is heating, prepare skewers by threading the marinated chicken pieces onto the skewers. Make sure to leave a little space between each piece for even cooking.
- Once the grill is ready, place the skewers on it and cook for about 10-12 minutes, turning occasionally, until the chicken is cooked through and has nice grill marks.
- During the last few minutes of cooking, sprinkle the grated Parmesan cheese over the chicken skewers and let it melt slightly.
- Remove the skewers from the grill and let them rest for a minute.
