- 1 cup sliced salami
Instructions
- In a medium bowl, combine the softened cream cheese and chopped spinach. Mix well until the ingredients are fully blended.
- Lay a large tortilla wrap on a clean surface or cutting board. Spread a thick layer of the cream cheese mixture evenly across the tortilla.
- Evenly distribute the sliced salami over the cream cheese layer.
- Starting from one edge, carefully roll the tortilla tightly into a log shape.
- Once rolled, wrap the log in plastic wrap and refrigerate for at least 30 minutes to firm up.
- After chilling, remove the plastic wrap and slice the pinwheel log into bite-sized pieces.
- Arrange the pinwheels on a serving platter and enjoy.
