  • 1 cup sliced salami

Instructions

  1. In a medium bowl, combine the softened cream cheese and chopped spinach. Mix well until the ingredients are fully blended.
  2. Lay a large tortilla wrap on a clean surface or cutting board. Spread a thick layer of the cream cheese mixture evenly across the tortilla.
  3. Evenly distribute the sliced salami over the cream cheese layer.
  4. Starting from one edge, carefully roll the tortilla tightly into a log shape.
  5. Once rolled, wrap the log in plastic wrap and refrigerate for at least 30 minutes to firm up.
  6. After chilling, remove the plastic wrap and slice the pinwheel log into bite-sized pieces.
  7. Arrange the pinwheels on a serving platter and enjoy.
