Description

A healthy and delicious keto-friendly multiseed bread made with almond flour, sunflower seeds, and flaxseeds.


Ingredients

  • 2 cups almond flour
  • 1/2 cup sunflower seeds
  • 1/2 cup flaxseeds
  • 1 teaspoon baking powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 4 large eggs
  • 1/4 cup melted coconut oil

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and line a loaf pan with parchment paper.
  2. In a large mixing bowl, combine almond flour, sunflower seeds, and flaxseeds.
  3. Add 1 teaspoon baking powder, 1/2 teaspoon salt, and mix well.
  4. In another bowl, whisk 4 large eggs and add 1/4 cup melted coconut oil.
  5. Pour the wet ingredients into the dry mixture and stir until well combined.
  6. Transfer the dough into the prepared loaf pan and smooth the top with a spatula.
  7. Bake in the preheated oven for 30-35 minutes, or until golden brown and a toothpick comes out clean.
  8. Let the bread cool in the pan for 10 minutes, then transfer it to a wire rack to cool completely before slicing.
