A healthy and delicious keto-friendly multiseed bread made with almond flour, sunflower seeds, and flaxseeds.

- 2 cups almond flour
- 1/2 cup sunflower seeds
- 1/2 cup flaxseeds
- 1 teaspoon baking powder
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 4 large eggs
- 1/4 cup melted coconut oil
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and line a loaf pan with parchment paper.
- In a large mixing bowl, combine almond flour, sunflower seeds, and flaxseeds.
- Add 1 teaspoon baking powder, 1/2 teaspoon salt, and mix well.
- In another bowl, whisk 4 large eggs and add 1/4 cup melted coconut oil.
- Pour the wet ingredients into the dry mixture and stir until well combined.
- Transfer the dough into the prepared loaf pan and smooth the top with a spatula.
- Bake in the preheated oven for 30-35 minutes, or until golden brown and a toothpick comes out clean.
- Let the bread cool in the pan for 10 minutes, then transfer it to a wire rack to cool completely before slicing.
Notes
- Store the bread in an airtight container for up to a week.
- This bread can be sliced and frozen for longer storage.
