- 1 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon onion powder
- 1 teaspoon Italian seasoning
- Salt and pepper to taste
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- Fresh parsley for garnish (optional)
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
- In a bowl, combine the grated Parmesan cheese, garlic powder, onion powder, Italian seasoning, salt, and pepper.
- Pat the chicken breasts dry with paper towels.
- Brush both sides of the chicken breasts with olive oil.
- Coat each chicken breast thoroughly in the Parmesan cheese mixture, pressing down to ensure it sticks.
- Place the coated chicken breasts on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
