Keto Philly Cheesesteak Stuffed Peppers is a delicious low-carb meal that will satisfy your cravings without the extra carbs.

- 4 large bell peppers
- 1 pound ribeye steak, sliced thinly
- 1 medium onion, sliced
- 1 cup mushrooms, sliced
- 1 cup provolone cheese, shredded
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
- Slice the tops off the bell peppers and remove the seeds. Lightly brush the outside of the peppers with olive oil and place in a baking dish.
- In a large skillet, heat the remaining olive oil over medium-high heat. Add sliced onions and mushrooms, cooking until they are soft and translucent, about 5 minutes.
- Add the thinly sliced ribeye steak to the skillet, seasoning with garlic powder, salt, and pepper. Cook until the steak is browned, approximately 5-7 minutes.
- Remove the skillet from heat and mix in half of the provolone cheese.
- Stuff the cooked steak mixture into each bell pepper, packing it in generously.
- Top each stuffed pepper with the remaining provolone cheese.
- Cover the baking dish with foil and bake in the preheated oven for 25-30 minutes.
- Remove the foil and bake for an additional 10 minutes until the cheese is melted and bubbly.
- Allow to cool for a few minutes before serving.
