Description

A low-carb and gluten-free bread recipe made with almond and coconut flour, perfect for those following a keto diet.


Ingredients

  • 2 cups almond flour
  • 1/4 cup coconut flour
  • 1/4 cup psyllium husk powder
  • 1 teaspoon baking powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 4 large eggs
  • 1/4 cup water
  • 2 tablespoons apple cider vinegar
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C) and line a loaf pan with parchment paper.
  2. In a large mixing bowl, combine the almond flour, coconut flour, psyllium husk powder, baking powder, and salt. Mix well.
  3. In a separate bowl, whisk together the eggs, water, apple cider vinegar, and olive oil until fully combined.
  4. Slowly add the wet ingredients to the dry ingredients, stirring until a dough forms. The mixture will be thick and slightly sticky.
  5. Transfer the dough to the prepared loaf pan and shape it into a loaf form.
  6. Bake in the preheated oven for 30-35 minutes or until the top is golden and a toothpick inserted into the center comes out clean.
  7. Allow the bread to cool in the pan for 10 minutes before transferring it to a wire rack to cool completely.
  8. Slice and serve as desired.
