- 2 cups almond flour
- 1/4 cup coconut flour
- 1/4 cup psyllium husk powder
- 1 teaspoon baking powder
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 4 large eggs
- 1/4 cup water
- 2 tablespoons apple cider vinegar
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C) and line a loaf pan with parchment paper.
- In a large mixing bowl, combine the almond flour, coconut flour, psyllium husk powder, baking powder, and salt. Mix well.
- In a separate bowl, whisk together the eggs, water, apple cider vinegar, and olive oil until fully combined.
- Slowly add the wet ingredients to the dry ingredients, stirring until a dough forms. The mixture will be thick and slightly sticky.
- Transfer the dough to the prepared loaf pan and shape it into a loaf form.
- Bake in the preheated oven for 30-35 minutes or until the top is golden and a toothpick inserted into the center comes out clean.
- Allow the bread to cool in the pan for 10 minutes before transferring it to a wire rack to cool completely.
- Slice and serve as desired.
