- 2 packets frozen acai puree
- 1 ripe banana
- 1/2 cup frozen mixed berries
- 1/2 cup almond milk
- 1 tablespoon honey (optional)
- Toppings: granola, sliced banana, fresh berries, coconut flakes, chia seeds
Instructions
- In a blender, combine the frozen acai puree, banana, frozen mixed berries, almond milk, and honey (if using).
- Blend on high until smooth and creamy. If the mixture is too thick, add a little more almond milk to achieve your desired consistency.
- Pour the acai mixture into a bowl.
- Top with your choice of toppings: granola, sliced banana, fresh berries, coconut flakes, and chia seeds.
- Serve immediately and enjoy your refreshing acai bowl.
