Description

Ingredients

  • 1 cup cream cheese, softened
  • 1/4 cup erythritol or preferred sweetener
  • 1 teaspoon cinnamon
  • 4 large eggs
  • 1/2 cup almond flour
  • 1 teaspoon baking powder
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • Pinch of salt

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  2. In a mixing bowl, combine the softened cream cheese, erythritol, and cinnamon. Mix well until smooth and creamy.
  3. In another bowl, whisk together the eggs, almond flour, baking powder, vanilla extract, and salt until well combined.
  4. Pour the egg mixture onto the prepared baking sheet. Spread it out evenly to form a thin layer.
  5. Bake in the preheated oven for about 12-15 minutes or until the edges are slightly golden.
  6. Once baked, remove from the oven and let it cool for 5 minutes.
  7. Carefully peel off the parchment paper from the bottom of the baked layer.
  8. Spread the cream cheese mixture evenly over the baked layer.
  9. Starting from one edge, carefully roll the mixture into a tight log.
  10. Slice the rolled-up dessert into even pieces and serve warm or chilled.
