- 1 large low-carb tortilla
- 1/2 cup cooked ground beef or turkey
- 1/4 cup shredded cheese
- Low-carb toppings (lettuce, diced tomatoes, avocado, sour cream)
Instructions
- Warm the low-carb tortilla in a pan over medium heat for about 30 seconds on each side until pliable.
- In the center of the tortilla, layer the cooked ground beef or turkey evenly.
- Sprinkle the shredded cheese over the meat.
- Add your choice of low-carb toppings such as lettuce, diced tomatoes, avocado or sour cream on top of the cheese.
- Fold the edges of the tortilla inward, creating pleats as you go around to form a wrap.
- Place the wrap seam-side down on a non-stick skillet over medium heat.
- Cook for 3-4 minutes until the bottom is golden brown and crispy.
- Carefully flip the crunchwrap and cook the other side for another 3-4 minutes.
- Remove from heat and let cool slightly before cutting in half to serve.
