Description

Keto Crunchwraps are a perfect low-carb meal option that satisfies your cravings without compromising your diet.


Ingredients

  • 1 large low-carb tortilla
  • 1/2 cup cooked ground beef or turkey
  • 1/4 cup shredded cheese
  • Low-carb toppings (lettuce, diced tomatoes, avocado, sour cream)

Instructions

  1. Warm the low-carb tortilla in a pan over medium heat for about 30 seconds on each side until pliable.
  2. In the center of the tortilla, layer the cooked ground beef or turkey evenly.
  3. Sprinkle the shredded cheese over the meat.
  4. Add your choice of low-carb toppings such as lettuce, diced tomatoes, avocado or sour cream on top of the cheese.
  5. Fold the edges of the tortilla inward, creating pleats as you go around to form a wrap.
  6. Place the wrap seam-side down on a non-stick skillet over medium heat.
  7. Cook for 3-4 minutes until the bottom is golden brown and crispy.
  8. Carefully flip the crunchwrap and cook the other side for another 3-4 minutes.
  9. Remove from heat and let cool slightly before cutting in half to serve.
