Ingredients
- 1 pound ground chicken
- 1 cup fresh spinach, chopped
- 1 cup white cheddar cheese, shredded
- 1/4 cup breadcrumbs
- 1 egg, beaten
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 teaspoon onion powder
- Salt and pepper to taste
- 4 whole wheat burger buns
- Lettuce leaves for serving

Instructions
- In a large bowl, combine ground chicken, chopped spinach, shredded white cheddar cheese, breadcrumbs, beaten egg, minced garlic, onion powder, salt, and pepper. Mix until well combined.
