Ingredients

- 1 cup almond milk
- 1/2 cup white chocolate protein powder
- 1/4 cup peppermint extract
- 1/4 cup Greek yogurt
- 1/4 cup maple syrup
- Pinch of sea salt
Instructions
- In a blender, combine the almond milk, white chocolate protein powder, peppermint extract, Greek yogurt, maple syrup, and a pinch of sea salt.
- Blend the mixture on high speed until smooth and fully combined.
- Taste the mixture and adjust sweetness or peppermint flavor as desired.
- Pour the blended mixture into an ice cream maker.
- Churn the mixture according to the manufacturer’s instructions, usually about 20-25 minutes, until it reaches a soft-serve consistency.
- Transfer the ice cream to an airtight container and freeze for at least 2-4 hours to firm up.
- Scoop and serve the ice cream when ready, garnishing with additional white chocolate shavings or crushed peppermint if desired.
